The following document outlines what it means when you provide Reboundfinance.com with E-consent for electronic records, disclosures, and signatures.

In order to supply you with the financial product and or service you requested, the third party providers require your consent to receive and accept electronic records, disclosures, and signatures, this is what we refer to as E-consent.

When you submit a request you are providing us with the acknowledgment that you accept all our terms and conditions and that you have read this E-consent and that you consent to conduct all further transactions with electronic, records, information, signatures, and disclosures or contract documents.

If you wish to receive a paper copy of a disclosure, you can make a request to your third party provider directly. All third party service providers retain disclosures as the relevant laws require them to.

This E-consent refers to all online interactions between you and your third party service or product provider. This includes any and all interactions performed via any mobile device, such as smartphones and tablets. When a third party provider exercises this E-consent, they are allowed to interact with you, process your information, send you notices, provide your disclosure and ask for your signature all electronically.

Withdrawing Your Consent

The E-consent, for your service provider request and for our third party provider’s consideration of our request form, that you provide when you submit a request form on our website (www.reboundfinance.ca) is a one-time transaction and therefore cannot be withdrawn.

If you are successfully connected with a third party product or service provider, you may withdraw your E-consent with that third party at any time. Keep in mind that if you withdraw your E-consent before you receive your service or product you may not be able to obtain the service or product from that third party provider. If you choose to withdraw your E-consent, the legal validity of any prior electronic disclosures will not be affected.

Performing Business Electronically

Before you decide to conduct business electronically with our third party service or product providers, it is in your best interest to make sure you have or have access to the proper hardware and software to complete all necessary electronic interactions.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to receive, access, and conserve an electronic disclosure, you need to have or have access to a computer with the following requirements.

• A valid email account
• Internet browser software
• PDF file reader
• A printer or the ability to store documents long-term (to store your disclosure for future reference)

Your Contact Information

Should your electronic contact information change at any point, it is up to you to inform your third party service or product provider of the change. You may do so by directly contacting your third party provider.

Accessing Your Disclosures

By submitting a request form you are accepting our terms and acknowledging that you understand and have the ability to access an electronic disclosure in the way described above.

Consent

By submitting a request form on our website (www.reboundfinance.com), you are acknowledging that you have read this document and that you are consenting (and understand what it means to consent) to doing your business, providing signatures, providing and receiving records, and receiving disclosures all electronically.
